As a small Alberta business, the locals have been good
to us. After ten years, we're locals too, and it's only
right we support the incredible food industry that exists
in this province. We're proud to offer some of the
finest products from incredible local suppliers.

Okanagan Valley Winery

Our owners are always looking for new and exciting wine to compliment our food. Fortunately, they don't have to look very far as we have some incredible wineries right at our doorstep in the Okanagan Valley. Here are a few of our owners favourites from Kelowna, BC.

Summerhill, Organic Pinot Noir $50

Organic winemaking practises have been part of Summerhill since taken up by the Cipes family in 1986. This Pyramid Cellar aged wine boasts notes of strawberry, violet, cinnamon, cedar, tobacco and forest floor!

Volcanic Hills, Eruption, Red Blend $80

The Gidda family has been growing grapes in the Okanagan since 1978. This winery is situated on the south eastern slope of a 60 million year old dormant volcano and lends the inspiration for this juicy blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc.

The Hatch, Hatchchild, Cabernet Sauvignon $100

This humble little winery was named the 9th best winery in Canada. Hatchchild comes from a luxurious old vine block in the suburbs of Similkameen Valley. Velvety, dark, complex and ... oh so delicious!

AAA Certified Angus Beef

Alberta beef: it's what our province is known for. We source all of our beef from local producers and serve the juiciest cuts of aged Angus steak skewered and grilled the Gaucho way.

Spolumbo's Sausage

Why mess with perfection? Spolumbo's Fine Foods & Deli have been delighting Calgarians with their sausage for decades... So when we sought a producer to make a gluten-free Brazilian-style sausage exclusively for us, they were our first and only call.

Evergreen Herbs

All of the fresh herbs coating our meat, infusing our cocktails, and flavouring our famous mandioca are grown in Western Canada. For our basil, thyme and rosemary, we rely on the experts at Evergreen Herbs in Surrey, BC.
